Our protective materials for battery modules and pack enclosures offer lightweight protection via a a series of advanced coated fabrics and shield the battery enclosure when exposed to high temperatures in the event of an accident. Depending on the battery type, our solutions can be tailor-made to provide resistance against particle venting and fire events.

Extensively tested
Using our in-house test facility, our thermal barrier materials for module / pack enclosures have been tested 100's of times. These tests range from single cells to entire vehicle battery packs.
Bespoke fit
Our thermal barrier materials are available as a flexible fabric sheet in a roll, and can be easily cut into shape to suit your unique needs.
