Bespoke design

We use our extensive 3D expertise to design our insulation jackets/blankets. Both removable for maintenance, and able to withstand temperatures ranging from 300C to 1,1000C, they maximise operational efficiency of mining-related equipment.

Advanced fire protection

ContraFlex® insulation jackets for mining equipment protect and insulate exhausts and consequently prevent fires that could result from oil leaks, high temperatures, and the accumulation of dust and debris during daily mining operations.

Energy loss reduction

Constructed from a range of advanced materials and infills, our jackets/blankets provide thermal insulation and significantly reduce energy losses and consequently extend the lifespan of mining-related equipment.
