Fireproof coatings
Suitable for numerous applications, our lightweight fireproof coatings (known as our ContraFlame® IC10 range) shield various components such as battery covers and bus bars from indirect cell venting and flames up to 1,300 °C.
These coatings add a layer of protection against indirect venting for battery systems in the event of an external impact or internal failure with its intumescent insulation properties.
