If you want wet applied subsea insulation that you can trust to last throughout your project life, then look no further than AIS.

First to market with phenolic wet subsea insulation, AIS has been assuring flow in subsea pipelines across the world for more than 20 years. In fact, our ContraTherm® C55 has successfully been in service at the ConocoPhillips Jade field in the North Sea and the Equinor Kristin field in the Norwegian Sea since 2001 and 2003 respectively. And....we are still supplying products to the TOTAL Akpo field today, 13 years later from starting in 2009!

Such history in the market has given our customers confidence that they can trust us to deliver wet applied subsea insulation solutions that will last throughout their 20+ year project life. Our products have been successfully used in all the major oil basins in the world from the North Sea to Australia and anywhere in between.

Looking to the future, with oil and gas fields in ultra-deep water, far greater pressures and higher temperatures, AIS is ready with our new ContraTherm® B85, which can withstand temperatures of up to 204°C and unlimited water depth.
