Product specifications
ContraFlame® F40 is a low viscosity, self-levelling potting foam which has a 10:1 (by volume) formulation and is designed to be potted or poured. The formulation is ultra-lightweight and will offer a density of around 0.6 g/ml when cured. When exposed to high temperatures the material rapidly forms a tough char that will resist erosion by high velocity or turbulent gasses, while continuing to provide insulation to protect the substrate.
